Join us for the annual North Gower United Church Garage, Bake and Plant Sale. Reuse, recycle and support your community all at the same time. Last year was a record-setter - let's make this year even BIGGER!! We might have to re-schedule - please watch here for updates.

About The Event

At the Garage Sale there will be LOTS for sale including:

  • Household Items: Furniture (i.e. tables, chairs, etc.), small kitchen appliances, dishes, kitchen utensils and tools, bedding, costume jewelry, décor items, movies, clocks, luggage, framed pictures, paintings and other art work
  • Children's Items: Toys, games, video games & consoles, baby equipment
  • Tools & Outdoor Items: Power tools, hand tools, planting supplies, pots, lawn & garden equipment, lawn furniture, kids outdoor toys
  • Sporting & Exercise Equipment: Working bicycles, basketballs, basketball nets, skates, hockey nets, Exercise machines, ball gloves

At the Bake Sale

  • Pies (i.e. pecan, apple, sour cherry, bumbleberry, etc.) We recommend ordering your pies in advance to avoid disappointment. (click here) 
  • Brownies and lots of squares (i.e. date squares, lemon squares,  and lots of other tasty squares. There will also be many varieties of cookies and dinner rolls/buns.  

At the Plant Sale

  • Tomatoes (i.e. Beefsteak, Best or UltraBoy, cherry tomatoes, Roma, etc.), We recommend ordering your tomatoe plants in advance to avoid disappointment. (click here)
  • Outdoor Flowers: petunias, impatiens, marigolds, geraniums as well as hanging baskets with a variety of outdoor flowers. We will also have a variety of different outdoor bulbs (i.e. lilies) and herbs 
  • Indoor plants: Aloe, Jade, African Violets, Spider plants and more
  • Ceramic pots, planters, etc.
